1kd Smoke on Startup - Smells like oil

So I am desperate now after about 6 months of this crap! So as the title states, I have a 275000km 1kd, new injectors from Toyota were installed 20thou km ago that included a full seal kit new Orings, washers etc. Out of every 5 starts regardless of whether the engine is warm or cold the vehicle will puff a white cloud that smells undoubtedly like oil. Before I tear into the bloody thing are there any other possible reasons the vehicle could be puffing like this? Engine uses no oil at all, things to note. Glowplugs have not been replaced ever.

If the glow plugs are working there's no reason to replace them, a simple test will tell you if they're ok.
If you're not using (engine) oil, then look for other sources of the smell.
I don't know turbo's, do they have their own oil reservoir?
Transmission, diff, steering box? Something else dripping onto the exhaust?
Diesel? Are you over fuelling? Dunno, reaching a bit now. Just trying to think it through.

Sounds like its possible one of your new injector seats have failed. The injector ports need to be totally clean before the new seats/seals go in.

Best to drop your oil and check your oil pickup screen isn't blocked
