Havent seen it yet ! either way her Insurance will be paying, if its graze down the side which i think it is, its repairable but shes driving it home now , so thats a good sign sort of !

I dont get people that take off up the inside of a vehicle ! with no space ! and she was just booked into the Hills detailing center for a full days treatment !

Phew,

Well update, Lux is Home and seems i need a respray down one side, the sides been scrubbed by what looks like the vehicles bumper bar....... one sidestep rather bent downwards. So no so bad as was told on the phone phew, anyway already booked in for repairs on monday at my smash repairer.

As far as i can see Full respray , 2 new flares and door repairs and a side step,

Cheers

That is a bastard , I have had a little dint in my back door for the past two years that I have been waiting for something like that to happen so they can fix it but it never does when you want it.
On the internet you can be anything you want. It is strange that so many people choose to be stupid!

If it makes you feel better, my brother borrowed my boat over easter and unhooked it before reversing down the ramp contrary to how i instructed to do it. He tapped the brakes and and the boat took of down the ramp sans water!.... :o
Is it wrong to love your truck this much?

I got side swiped on the high way 110kph, I was in the fast lane and they pulled into the passenger side, we hit he took out my side mirror he the pulled away then pulled back into me. Yes he hit me 2 times, I pulled in front of him and stopped he had to stop, some flash words were let out, and he said take it to toyota and get it fixed , he did not want any one else involed so the bill started $340 just for the mirror, pannal damage, paint hire car but he did pay for it all. Hope yours goes just as easy.
Live for today, as tomorrow is not here yet.

Don't tell everyone, ya plick...

Sorry to hear about the damage to your ute, but If I suffered the same fate, I hope it is on the left hand side so I can get rid of my two-tone paint job.

Yeah guys all gone ok,

AAMI called me this evening as the other party has notified them of it, and ive been given a claim number, i spoke with my smash repairer whom i actually know personally , and he said he's going to respray both sides regardless so she all matches up !

Anyway the balls rolling so now its up to a time and day for it too be off the road for a couple of days or so.

Had two of them 1 on the left 1 on the right thanks to my steel sidebars and steps had no penals dents just paint scraps but did a lot of damage to them both on tow trucks and thanks to my dash camera to show it wasn't my fault :D
