Looks tough as ...
How good is it when you pull up at the shopping centre car park and park next to a stock Lux or triton and there side mirror is completly under yours.....
Makes a stock 4x4 look like a 2wd....

it was on it when i got it...on the plate itself it has no GVM upgrades or anything, or any real details in fact...but on the paper work it has height increase and chassis mods

suspension feels better than factory, less nose drive around corners, just obviously being so tall it just 'rolls' a little more....cheers for the compliment too :D

Re: COSKI'S BUILD...3INCH LIFT 33INCH MUDS WOOOOOOOO

Postby danmcccc on Fri, 22 Apr 2011 12:47 +0000

today i picked the lux up from work so i got to take it for a bit of a drive...no dirt offroad yet coz theres none in the middle of brissy xP

found out when i was turning hard left there was a worrying vibration/rattle so i went straight home and got my mate to run up on gutters while i had a look....sounded like it was coming from the front left but we found it was an easy as fix...it was just the tailpipe hitting on the RHS shackle :D so we wired it across to the rear of he tub (not real worried coz ill be getting a 3 inch exhaust soon) also noticed the most minor of scrub on the LHS inner guard on the front...what has happened is when fitting the flares somehow the guard has sort of twisted the smallest of distances and the tyres was juuuuuust touching it as there was a little bit of scuff...so i got the stanley knife and just cut it off :D

also there is the a small mark in the dust on the RHS on the swaybar, im not worried at all about it, its probly just cos the tyres are only 50kms old

also on the way home along kingsford smith drive a cop car drove along side me and just looked it over and didnt think twice about it, probly thought it looked awesome :D

there we go for now, thanks everyone for your compliments

cheers
Dan
