Where is it Kyle? I have never said anything about a xrox bar, you will never know what type of bar may jump on the front of my lux next week ;)

KTM525EXC wrote:what kelvin did you get jack 6000k?

Yea Troy, went the 6000K in both as this seems to give the best light and what William from NewTech recomended!

Jack if you flick me your email Ill send you some pics of a mod that Will from New Pro sent on improving the light shield in the depos before fitting the hids.

I am not worrying about hid hi beams cause of the LED bar so I am just going with 55w 6000k bulbs in the low and putting phillips crystal vision 6k bulbs in the Hi to match the colour.

Right oh, well here is, a little re-cap of what i have installed over the last little while in terms of the front end, which has been all pretty much changed!
List is:
* Tinted Bonnet Protector
* New Grille
* Depo Angel Headlights
* NewTech Pro HID Conversion
* 20” Rigid Industries LED Light Bar
Last but not least:
* XROX Tube Bar With Wings Infilled

As for the grill, i did purchase a chrome billet style, i chucked it on and had a look but definately didnt look right, this is why its in the 'for sale section'. Than i went hunting again and found the one that i have fitted and will be staying on.
Image

Ive been eyeing off the depo’s for a while now and decided, "what better time to change them over when I have to change the bar anyway". Than I though, well if I am getting new headlights, I might chuck in a HID conversion to go with it and to suit my 20” LED light bar. It only makes sense aye?.. I went 35w low beam and 55w beam, both 6000K. Also the light bar isn’t connected yet, though this will be happening on Wednesday night.

This is where I fitted the ballast’s and the relays for HID and angels, I might have to move them later on if needed.

Drivers side:

Than there was the XROX front tube bar, this took a little longer than expected to get to me, than my mate took little longer than expected to get the wings infilled, though it all turned out to run pretty smoothly at the end, I had it sand blasted, zinc coated than powder coated gloss black, which than was pretty well fitted straight away! But my god, the bolts that it has to fit this bar together is crazy, i think that was the longest part was mounting everything together and putting all the bolts in...
Here is what it looked like raw:

Than it was time to trim the guards, and spray paint a few things here and there:

And just a few extras of the end result:

Next on the cards, is nothing for a while as i have rego and insurance all due in next month unfortunately :(

Not too shabby, Jack. Nice work. :)
What colour are you going to paint the Big Mouth grill? White or a dark colour?
