Anyway guys, i bought this tool box the other week when i fitted the tray.
Its a nice steel box and very sturdy, i am happy with how it looks on the back and their is enough room to chuck everything inside. I made sure there was enough room on the tray so i can chuck up the spare like a few of you boys have mentioned!!
Size of tool box is: 1200 x 450 x 365

And just the smallest mod i did, but where the grease nipples are for my shackles, you couldnt get to some because the exhaust was in the way and now the spare takes up much of the room, so i grabbed some new 90 degree ones...
Only something small get very effective ;)

Toolbox looks good mate, should give you plenty of additional storage.
In regards to your shackles, I just installed mine with the grease nipples facing towards the outside of the truck.....

Cheers Bill, yea that was the point, so i can just chuck all the ropes, straps, recovery gear, tow ball and all the other shits and bits....

Mate new-tech pro are on of the forum sponsors, so their website is there some where! Jump onto it and have a look, there are different lights for the different models due to the newer models having more interior lights! But my cost was $26 I think. Their is a little discount included too....

I got some new 'CAT' mud flaps today and fitted them.
I put some on either side of the wheel, i decided to do this as i found alot of shit and mud was getting flinged up onto the cab....

I also put the spare tyre onto the tray in preparation for tomorrows trip to zig zig..

Also with the leaf pack i made some changes to hopefully make the ride a little smoother and not as bouncey, also doing what i did will give me more rear flex!!
This is what i did:
"Took 3rd leaf and this will soften the first part of flex range. also to make the softer ride / softer flex at wheel up travel i put the 1st overload spring upside down to reverse the camber and this will keep the same height but soften flex at load range."
