Whats going on there? I have 19mm wire Dobbinsons unfitted as yet and I doubt it'll drop much at all. This is only 2" right?

Shaker.

Na Shaker it's a 3" lift mate, but its got a machined grove which i am pretty sure will take it down to 2" if i like, which i may have to go depending on if they settle enough....

Well ill be nice to him if it was coincidence and say the kit was $2250, plus $400 for fitting and tyre alignment with my local Goodyear Autocare. But if he was taking the piss   ;)
As to do with bullbar ill be getting a steel tjm delux with scrubs and steps, the winch will come later but not for a while... But if it doesnt settle enough within a month ill have to look/think about other options

Jack,

Maybe the sooner you get some weight up front the better... bring it down a bit...

Sorry, must have missed the 3" bit and read 2" somewhere sorry. Still, the CV angles look similar to 4". I certainly hope they settle for you and fast!

Yea ill do some more driving round tomorrow and like Max said try to get the suspension cyclying abit and help settle... Couldnt really do anything today or yesterday arvo seeing that we have had nearly 40mm of rain and everything is just too wet... Not that i complain about wet things that often 8-)

Yes i hope the same, will have to have a better inspection of the boots tomorrow and see just how much they are rubbing!

Okay, just a thought i had today about my cv angles (and yes i realise its only easly days as to do with the suspension settleing/sagging) but if i upgraded my tyres to a 265/75R16, like planned, would that take some stress off the cv's and help the angle at all?
Or is my idea just stupid :?

Nope they will stay were they are but it ill be harder again to align due to the tire being taller, and needing more is it toe i think i always get them confused.

 there goes that idea
i was thinking on the lines that bigger tyrers would push everything up slightly there fore decreasing the angle...

Nice work jack

I see you keep the paw paw ointment close on hand too

Lookin good, how bout the outside cv boots mate? Touching pretty hardcore?

No dramas if they are, ultimate have a change over cv on the market that has is stronger, apparently it is mainly the passenger side that goes due to lift. I mean, they would know for sure.

mate i wouldn't worry too much about the cv's just yet. I had mine at that for a while when i first put my kit in and did some pretty hard wheeling and they were fine. I wouldn't go changing the suspension around and then put on ur bullbar and tires and everything, just to find its then too low, and you'll have to go through the hole process again.

Like max said, give it a good run next weekend or when you get some free time, don't be scared but don't be stupid and see how it looks then. I reakin it'll be fine. just my 2c.

Anyway, its looking good mate, keep us updated

Thanks for all the postive comments guys, i know it took me a while to get the build up and running but finally got there!

The paw paw cream has magical power, it heals everything...
Yea the outers are touching pretty bad but mostly worried about the inners, but they should be right after a little while longer, get them settled bit. There should be a pic in one of the photos (remember to click on pic to enlarge).. But will let everything go for about a month and if it doesnt settle enough i will look at other alternatives!

As to do with the power module ive only got the sprint booster, but its great, feels like your accelerating like a petrol not a deisel, but hasnt helped lower the feul ecconomy. The sprint booster dont give you more power, just better response time, and i mean  awesome  response time!

Thanks for the advice Marshwa, nice to hear that yours turned out fine, makes me feel little better :? .

But i finally got word off the local TJM people after 3 days, that the 12.5% is true, they didnt hear anything about it untill i enquired. But now i am heavly thinking about getting there T13 bar, with scrubs and steps. Which should put some extra weight at the front, to help the cv's.....

No worries heres how it is now, You can actually see where it pushes together. Its not actually wearing through its mianly showing up because its faily dusty atm. But its been like this for over 25000kms now, done so pretty rough tracks and still can't fault them.
