KTM: as for the lockers they wont be happening this year, but definately next. Theres only a few more things that i would like to get done by years end....

As to do with the KM2's, they seem like a great tyre, but havent used them much yet! Will be able to report on this by friday, after driving to work this week.

Heres What i did to the guard and flare. tried to copy what Max did using the pic he had of what to do.... I cut the flare as much as i had to and i also had to cut the inner guard on the corner, where it was just flapping around!

Next was the body mount, i wanted it trimmed either way but it was touching when you had to turn and went over a big enough bump. Me and a mate did the trimming this morning, didnt take a whole lot off but hopefully its enough, if it needs more off ill probably just pay someone to do it for me.. Sorry i forgot to take pics before hand but it was close and you could see the shiny parts where it was hitting.

This is how much we cut off,

The little piece my mate made up,

The my welding up, the peiece in place and it coated with some 'gal', yes it is painted black now,

This is at full lock, hopefully it aint too close once the suspension is compressed, but will have to wait and see i guess..

And also a pic of the bullbar, this will definately hit once compressed, still waiting to see Bud's bar finished but it will either be his or an xrox in the comming weeks!

In the end the package was $1700, which was about $320 for the Tyres and $120 for the wheels, that price was considerably cheaper than I could of got locally, I saved a fare bit!

But thanks everyone for the positive feedback, it's taken a while to get started but coming along nicely now...

Got the Tyres and wheels from a place called Tempe Tyres, have a look at there site (just google it), they don't have too many options in 16" but I think they were getting a few in! If you do give them a call ask to talk to Sam, he's the man well manager/boss, that's who I felt with and he was awesome, great bloke!
Aslo just bit of an update on the sliders, they haven't turned up yet and I emailed the freight company about it, the reply was basically they don't know where my package has gone to and there looking into it. As to when they will turn up, got no idea....!
